 • Broken packaging or removed seals
 • Returns initiated after 14 days
 • Free gifts, promotional items, or samples


⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on opened makeup, skincare, or perfume items, unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery
